a) Data Controller: Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, personal data can be processed by Seahaven Superyacht Services. Seahaven Superyacht Services is the data controller.

b) Purposes of Processing: Your personal data are processed in accordance with the conditions in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The purposes of processing your personal data include but not limited to: Ensuring the legal and commercial security of Seahaven Superyacht Services or Seahaven Superyacht Services business partners, maintaining commercial activities and managing human resources and employment policies.

Necessary technical and managerial measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to and retention of your personal data.

c) Sharing: Your personal data may be shared with Seahaven Superyacht Services, its business partners, suppliers, external service providers and legally authorised public institutions and organisations in accordance with the conditions in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

The purposes of processing your personal data include but not limited to: Ensuring the legal and commercial security of Seahaven Superyacht Services or Seahaven Superyacht Services’ business partners, maintaining commercial activities and managing human resources and employment policies.

d) Forms of Collection and Legal Reasons: Seahaven Superyacht Services collects your personal data through its personnel, surveys, website, Seahaven Superyacht Services representatives, etc. channels in order to continue its activities and processes them in accordance with the conditions in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 for various legal reasons.

e) Your Legal Rights: Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand the compensation of the damage.
